If you enjoy a world class breakfast, you can join us any time for Tim Labonte's award-winning waffles. Tim just won top honors at the Maine Restaurant Week kick off event, the Incredible Breakfast Cook-off, with his Pork Belly Waffle with a sunny side egg, Pineland Farms Cheddar and Maine Maple and sea salt crunch.
Remember, our covered valet parking is complimentary when you choose to dine at Eve's.

Chef Labonte was crowned the winner at the 2014 Maine Restaurant Week Incredible Breakfast Cook-Off.
Chef Labonte was interviewed before this year's Harvest on the Harbor, talking about his love of Maine and cooking.
Chef Labonte appeared on the popular NBC news program "207" and prepared incredible chicken tacos.
He can also be seen on WMTW's Morning Menu preparing Grilled Swordfish and Grilled Beet Soup.
Food writer John Golden called our tuna tartare "a triumph" and said the lollipop lamb chops were "beautifully seasoned, tender and cooked perfectly pink" during a recent visit to our restaurant.
